How to fill it out
- Submission Type – Choose whether this is an update or a correction.
- Details – Explain what should be changed or added. Be specific.
- Sources – Include links, reports, or other materials that support your update.
- Optionally, include a name/pseudonym, email, or Signal contact for clarification – this is especially useful if you’d actually want to add a lot more information.
- Check “Can we contact you for clarification?” if you’re open to a secure follow-up from us.
